Vespucciego 8\/9, 51-504 Wroc\u0142aw, o nadanym numerze identyfikacji podatkowej (NIP): 8981897665, \u015bwiadcz\u0105ca us\u0142ugi drog\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105 za po\u015brednictwem Serwisu <\/li>\n<li><strong>User<\/strong> &#8211; a natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services through the Service.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Device<\/strong> &#8211; an electronic device with software through which the User accesses the Site<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cookies (ciasteczka)<\/strong> \u2013 dane tekstowe gromadzone w formie plik\u00f3w zamieszczanych na Urz\u0105dzeniu U\u017cytkownika<\/li>\n<li><strong>RODO<\/strong> \u2013 Rozporz\u0105dzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016\/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony os\u00f3b fizycznych w zwi\u0105zku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przep\u0142ywu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95\/46\/WE (og\u00f3lne rozporz\u0105dzenie o ochronie danych) <\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal data<\/strong> &#8211; means information about an identified or identifiable natural person (&#8220;data subject&#8221;); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person<\/li>\n<li><strong>Processing<\/strong> &#8211; means an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data in an automated or non-automated manner, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, viewing, using, disclosing by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, matching or linking, limiting, erasing or destroying;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Restriction of processing<\/strong> &#8211; means the marking of stored personal data in order to limit its future processing<\/li>\n<li><strong>Profiling<\/strong> &#8211; means any form of automated processing of personal data that involves the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal factors of an individual, in particular to analyze or forecast aspects of that individual&#8217;s performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movement<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consent<\/strong> &#8211; consent of the data subject means a voluntary, specific, informed and unequivocal demonstration of will by which the data subject, in the form of a statement or explicit affirmative action, consents to the processing of personal data concerning him or her<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal data<\/strong> breach &#8211; means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure of or unauthorized access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pseudonymization<\/strong> &#8211; means the processing of personal data in such a way that they can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject, without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is stored separately and is covered by technical and organizational measures preventing its attribution to an identified or identifiable natural person<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anonymization<\/strong> &#8211; Data anonymization is an irreversible process of data operations that destroys \/ overwrites &#8220;personal data&#8221; making it impossible to identify, or link, a particular record to a specific user or individual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a72 Data Protection Officer<\/h2>\n<p> Na podstawie Art. 37 RODO, Administrator nie powo\u0142a\u0142 Inspektora Ochrony Danych. Pliki nie s\u0105 usuwane automatycznie po zako\u0144czeniu sesji Urz\u0105dzenia chyba \u017ce konfiguracja Urz\u0105dzenia U\u017cytkownika jest ustawiona na tryb usuwanie plik\u00f3w Cookie po zako\u0144czeniu sesji Urz\u0105dzenia. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a74 Data storage security<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mechanizmy sk\u0142adowania i odczytu plik\u00f3w Cookie<\/strong> \u2013 Mechanizmy sk\u0142adowania, odczytu i wymiany danych pomi\u0119dzy Plikami Cookies zapisywanymi na Urz\u0105dzeniu U\u017cytkownika a Serwisem s\u0105 realizowane poprzez wbudowane mechanizmy przegl\u0105darek internetowych i nie pozwalaj\u0105 na pobieranie innych danych z Urz\u0105dzenia U\u017cytkownika lub danych innych witryn internetowych, kt\u00f3re odwiedza\u0142 U\u017cytkownik, w tym danych osobowych ani informacji poufnych. Przeniesienie na Urz\u0105dzenie U\u017cytkownika wirus\u00f3w, koni troja\u0144skich oraz innych robak\u00f3w jest tak\u017ce praktycznie niemo\u017cliwe. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Internal cookies<\/strong> &#8211; the cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the Users&#8217; Devices and do not contain scripts, content or information that may compromise the security of personal data or the security of the Device used by the User.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cookie zewn\u0119trzne<\/strong> \u2013 Administrator dokonuje wszelkich mo\u017cliwych dzia\u0142a\u0144 w celu weryfikacji i doboru partner\u00f3w serwisu w kontek\u015bcie bezpiecze\u0144stwa U\u017cytkownik\u00f3w. Administrator do wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy dobiera znanych, du\u017cych partner\u00f3w o globalnym zaufaniu spo\u0142ecznym. Nie posiada on jednak pe\u0142nej kontroli nad zawarto\u015bci\u0105 plik\u00f3w Cookie pochodz\u0105cych od zewn\u0119trznych partner\u00f3w. Za bezpiecze\u0144stwo plik\u00f3w Cookie, ich zawarto\u015b\u0107 oraz zgodne z licencj\u0105 wykorzystanie przez zainstalowane w serwisie Skrypty, pochodz\u0105cych z Serwis\u00f3w zewn\u0119trznych, Administrator nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci na tyle na ile pozwala na to prawo. U\u017cytkownicy w celu zabezpieczenia si\u0119 przed tymi zagro\u017ceniami powinni dba\u0107 o swoje <a href=\"https:\/\/nety.pl\/cyberbezpieczenstwo\/\">Cyberbezpiecze\u0144stwo<\/a> podczas korzystania z sieci internet..   <\/li>\n<li><strong>Przechowywanie danych osobowych<\/strong> \u2013 Administrator zapewnia, \u017ce dokonuje wszelkich stara\u0144, by przetwarzane dane osobowe wprowadzone dobrowolnie przez U\u017cytkownik\u00f3w by\u0142y bezpieczne, dost\u0119p do nich by\u0142 ograniczony i realizowany zgodnie z ich przeznaczeniem i celami przetwarzania. Data collected as part of the services provided are not transferred or resold to third parties. Access to the data (most often on the basis of the Data Processing Entrustment Agreement) may have entities responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and services necessary for the operation of the service, i.e. the Administrator:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hosting companies, providing hosting or related services to the Administrator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Entrusting the processing of personal data &#8211; Hosting Services, VPS or Dedicated Servers <\/strong>The Administrator uses the services of an external hosting provider, VPS or Dedicated Servers &#8211; <strong>CYBER FOLKS<\/strong> in order to run the service. All data collected and processed in the service are stored and processed in the service provider&#8217;s infrastructure located in Poland. There is a possibility of access to data as a result of service work carried out by the service provider&#8217;s staff. Access to this data is regulated by an agreement concluded between the Administrator and the Service Provider.    <\/p>\n<h2>\u00a710 Method of processing personal data<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Personal data provided voluntarily by Users:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union, unless published as a result of an individual action by the User (e.g., entering a comment or entry), which will make the data available to any visitor to the site.<\/li>\n<li>Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making (profiling).<\/li>\n<li>Personal data will not be resold to third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Anonymous data (no personal information) collected automatically:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anonymous data (without personal information) will be transferred outside the European Union.<\/li>\n<li>Anonymous data (without personal information) will not be used for automated decision-making (profiling).<\/li>\n<li>Anonymous data (without personal information) will not be resold to third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a711 Legal grounds for processing personal data<\/h2>\n<p>  The Service collects and processes Users&#8217; data on the basis of:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.<br \/>\non the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Art. 6 paragraph. 1(a <small>) the data subject has consented to the processing of his\/her personal data for one or more specified purposes<\/small>.<\/li>\n<li>Art. 6 paragraph. 1(b) <small>processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract<\/small><\/li>\n<li>Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) <small>processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party<\/small><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Law of May 10, 2018.<br \/>\nOn the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1000) <\/li>\n<li>Law of July 16, 2004.<br \/>\nTelecommunications law (Dz.U. 2004 No. 171 item 1800) <\/li>\n<li>Law of February 4, 1994.<br \/>\nOn Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws 1994 No. 24 item 83) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a712 Period of personal data processing<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Personal data provided voluntarily by Users:<\/strong> As a rule, the indicated personal data are kept only for the period of providing the Service within the Service by the Administrator.<br \/>\nThey are deleted or anonymized within a period of up to 30 days from the termination of the provision of services (e.g. deletion of a registered user account, unsubscribing from the Newsletter list, etc.) The exception is a situation that requires securing legitimate purposes for further processing of such data by the Administrator.<br \/>\nIn such a situation, the Administrator will keep the indicated data, from the time of the User&#8217;s request for deletion, no longer than for a period of 3 years in case of violation or suspected violation of the provisions of the regulations of the service by the User.<br \/>\n<strong>Anonymous data (without personal data) collected automatically:<\/strong> Anonymous statistical data, which do not constitute personal data, are stored by the Administrator for the purpose of keeping statistics of the service for an indefinite period of time     <\/p>\n<h2>\u00a713 Users&#8217; rights related to the processing of personal data<\/h2>\n<p>  The Service collects and processes Users&#8217; data on the basis of:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Right of access to personal data<\/strong> Users have the right to obtain access to their personal data, exercised upon request submitted to the Administrator<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prawo do sprostowania danych osobowych<\/strong> U\u017cytkownikom przys\u0142uguje prawo \u017c\u0105dania od Administratora niezw\u0142ocznego sprostowania danych osobowych, kt\u00f3re s\u0105 nieprawid\u0142owe lub \/ oraz uzupe\u0142nienia niekompletnych danych osobowych, realizowane na \u017c\u0105danie z\u0142o\u017cone do Administratora<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>right to delete personal data<\/strong> Users have the right to demand from the Administrator immediate deletion of their personal data, realized upon a request submitted to the Administrator In the case of user accounts, deletion of data consists in anonymization of data enabling identification of the User.<br \/>\nThe Administrator reserves the right to withhold the execution of a request for data deletion in order to protect the legitimate interest of the Administrator (e.g. when the User has committed a violation of the Rules and Regulations or the data was obtained as a result of conducted correspondence).<br \/>\nIn the case of the Newsletter service, the User has the possibility to delete his\/her personal data by himself\/herself, using a link placed in each e-mail message sent.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>The right to restrict the processing of personal data<\/strong> Users have the right to restrict the processing of personal data in cases indicated in Art.<br \/>\n18 RODO, among others.<br \/>\nquestioning the correctness of personal data, exercised upon request made to the Administrator  <\/li>\n<li><strong>The right to data portability<\/strong> Users have the right to obtain from the Administrator, personal data concerning the User in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, executed upon request submitted to the Administrator<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to object to the processing of personal data<\/strong> Users have the right to object to the processing of their personal data in the cases specified in Art.<br \/>\n21 RODO, exercised upon request submitted to the Administrator <\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to lodge a complaint<\/strong> Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00a714 Contact to the Administrator<\/h2>\n<p>  The Administrator can be contacted in one of the following ways  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Postal address<\/strong> &#8211;
